Localised Prostate Cancer Digital Care Pathway

Monitor and improve your patients' quality of life by engaging their voice in their
personal healthcare journey.

Higher quality care at your fingertips

Survival rates of men with prostate cancer are increasing with improvements in diagnosis and treatment. As a result, the focus has shifted from mortality to morbidity with Quality of Life (QoL) at the centre of care.

Through the use of validated patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) specific to localised prostate cancer, clinical care teams can measure, track and improve key patient-centric health domains including urinary incontinence, urinary irritancy, bowel function, sexual function, and hormonal function.

With our digital care pathway for localised prostate cancer, capturing, analysing, and acting on these health outcomes in one centralised digital platform is now possible.
